Established in 1984, Linda S. Congleton & Associates has dedicated itself to providing specialized consulting services within the retail real estate industry. For more than four decades, the firm has focused on in-depth market analysis and the development of strategic recommendations for a wide array of clients. Their expertise spans areas such as feasibility studies, market optimization, and guidance on effective tenant mix strategies for retail developments. Over the years, we have cultivated a strong reputation for our comprehensive understanding of the retail property market.
Meet the Team
Linda S. Congleton
CEO/Principal
Linda brings nearly 40 years of experience to client assignments. A graduate of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, she founded Linda S. Congleton & Associates in 1984. She served for many years on the Urban Land Institute's Commercial/Retail Council. She also served on numerous ULI Advisory Panels for cities across the nation. Ms. Congleton is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. She has been a speaker on topical real estate market and financial issues at conferences held by ICSC as well as the Appraisal Institute; the Food Marketing Institute, the International Association of Amusement Parks; the Chamber of Commerce and Cities; and several Economic Development Councils. She has taught courses at the University of California at Los Angeles and the University of California at Irvine's Graduate School of Urban & Regional Planning.
Michael R. Butler
Senior Consultant
Michael brings nearly 40 years of experience to client assignments, including over 20 years working with real estate development client assignments. Mr. Butler is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, the Duke University School of Law, and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He is admitted to practice law in several states, including California.
